Another new item

for some reason this is a head item...it probably spins and the flag flutters, but no one has it that i know of because its new and so expensive. c: Also new are the pufferfish spikes in the ocean. Sadly i dont have a picture so ill try to draw one from memory.

sorry its small and messy, but you know what its like to quickdraw a 3d object on a computer. Im guessing its a back item, and i will post a real pic of it soon.
